SHIPPING & HANDLING
The shipping charges shown in your shopping cart include shipping, handling and
insurance charges. Additional charges will apply to some larger items
including, but not limited to, goals, parkas, timing equipment, pool equipment,
pull buoys, kickboards, fins, heavyweight balls, replacement floats, custom
orders, and to all shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States.
Oversized and heavy items may require additional shipping charges. This charge
will vary based on the size and weight of the item(s) and on the shipping
method and destination requested. Some of these charges are standardized and
will be included in the shipping & handling subtotal of your order. Some
shipping & handling surcharges are too specific to your order for us to
automatically quote you. In these cases, once we receive your order, we will
contact you by email to get approval of the shipping amount.
Alaska & Hawaii
Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii must go by 1 day or 2-day air. There is no
ground service to these destinations. If extra shipping charges are required,
we will contact you by email for approval prior to charging your credit card.

Most orders are shipped by UPS to provide insurance and tracking capabilities.
Inspect all merchandise upon receipt. You must submit all damage claims to the
delivering freight company as soon as possible, but not later than 5 business
days after delivery. If you have submitted your claim to the delivering freight
company according to the above requirements, we will assist you in providing
documentation as required by the claims service.
